Return policy

Overview

My return and refund policy lasts 0 days. If you have downloaded a book or e-course, I cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undownloaded.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded. Then contact your bank. Often it takes a little time before the refund is posted. If you have gone through all these steps and still have not received your money, contact me at {contact.chaseit@gmail.com}.

Discounted Products

Only regular-priced items can be returned. Discounted items cannot be returned.
